Trusted Financial Stewardship for Exceptional Families
As wealth grows, so does complexity. Necker Fiduciary provides bespoke CFO and financial advisory services tailored exclusively to high-net-worth families — bringing clarity, continuity, and control across the full architecture of your wealth.
We organize our work around five disciplines under our proprietary AEGIS™ framework: Accounting, Estate, Governance, Investment, and Safeguarding — together forming a single integrated approach to stewarding capital across generations.
The Role of the Personal CFO
Significant wealth often requires families to rely on a suite of specialized advisors—tax attorneys, investment managers, estate planners, and corporate counsel. Each offers deep expertise in a specific area, but few are positioned to see and manage the whole picture.
A Personal CFO bridges these silos. Acting as your strategic integrator, we coordinate across all disciplines—tax, legal, investment, real estate, and philanthropy—to ensure your financial ecosystem functions as a unified whole. From managing operating businesses to overseeing trusts and guiding generational planning, we bring professional-grade financial leadership to the most personal parts of your life.
Family Wealth, Under One Aegis
The AEGIS™ Framework
Five pillars. One aegis. The word aegis means protection and sponsorship — the disciplined oversight that allows complex wealth to remain coherent, productive, and aligned with family intent.
Each pillar represents a distinct discipline; together, they cover the full scope of a modern family office — from the entity-level financials and the investment portfolio to the household, the philanthropy, and the family system itself.
